Effective date: 2 October 2026. Desi Calculator is operated by Orcun candan. Contact: info@orcuncandan.com.
Information processed and purpose
The calculator processes package width, length, height, unit, quantity, divisor, optional actual weight and response language to produce a calculation. Do not include names, addresses or other personal information in calculation fields. For authenticated plugin calls, the server checks the presence of a Site-scoped user identifier to require sign-in. The calculation code does not read email or full-name headers.
Storage and retention
The application has no database and does not persist calculation inputs or the authenticated identifier in an application-owned record. Values are processed during the request. ChatGPT conversation history and infrastructure logs are separate from this application behaviour.
If you contact support, your email address, message and information you choose to include are processed to respond to your request. The publisher deletes support messages within 90 days after the request is closed.
Service providers and recipients
The service runs on ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers may process technical network and request information for hosting, authentication, security and operation. Support messages also pass through the email services used by you and the publisher. Provider-managed logs, backups and ChatGPT history are subject to the providers’ applicable policies and configurations; the support-message deletion timeline does not promise deletion from their systems.
See the OpenAI Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy for their practices. Provider processing may occur outside your country.
Your choices
Use the calculator without sending unnecessary personal information. You may ask questions about your data or request access, correction or deletion by contacting info@orcuncandan.com. For ChatGPT account information and conversation history, use the data controls offered by OpenAI. You can stop using or disconnect the plugin through ChatGPT.
Advertising and payments
The application code contains no advertising, behavioural analytics or payment integration. The calculator is free and does not sell shipping labels.
Changes
Changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
